Lene Berg (b.1965 in Oslo, Norway, lives and works in Berlin, Germany and New York, NY, US) works with film, photography and text contexts. Using different media and fictions in her installations, she explores relationships between contemporary images and inherited conventions, between clichés and facts, between politics and rules of narration. Selected solo exhibitions and presentations include: Cooper Union, New York (2008), Fotogalleriet, Oslo (2008) and Whitechapel Gallery, London (2007).
