Terje Nicolaisen received his education at the Academy of Fine Art (KHIB), Bergen, Norway, and the Academy of Fine Art (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway. He has since exhibited extensively in Norway and abroad. The reader 'Supplementary Notes 1994 - 2011 On Selected Proposals 1995 - 2005' was published in connection with 'Paperwork' at the Henie Onstad Art Centre.
